So, Ive finally decided that its time to start letting go of some of my favorite vintage Ralph Lauren collection sweaters. All items have been carefully stored & packaged in an air tight storage bag.
This item is in near mint perfect condition - there are no rips, tears, holes or defects. Necklines, Cuffs & Waist areas are still taunt & the garment is NOT stretched out or misshapen. This item is from a smoke free and pet free environment. There are no flaws, imperfections, spots, stains, rips, holes or any other type of defect. They are all FIRST QUALITY Ralph Lauren Sweaters from my own personal collection.
These are not from any of the RL Outlet Stores. These sweaters Im listing are from various Ralph Lauren Collections time periods.
Primarily between the early 1980 all way thru to the late 1990s. (ONE OWNER from my own personal RL collection sweaters). The design on this knit is called, "Marius Sweater". It is a legendary "Setesdal valley" pattern from Norway (google -'Marius Sweater').
"Setesdal" that is the Valley in Norway this pattern is typical too. Google "Setesdal (pattern) sweater" or "Setesdal Genser" means "Setesdal Sweater" in Norway. The red on top, with the "X's" and then the solid color in the bodice is the classic "Marius genser" (anecdotally named after Legendary skier, Stein Eriksen's brother, Marius :D). COLORS: Black w/ Red & White details. PATTERN : Solid w/ Modern Fair Isle.
