This Wooden flag is 100% made in Ohio, USA with pine that is hand carved using a grinder. The stars are also hand carved using a dremel. This flag is 19W X 37L and is made to last forever. It is coated with three coats of protective (hi gloss) to give it a beautiful shine.

The flag takes a total of eight hours to make. Each stripe is cut by hand, then carved using a special grinding disc.

I then hit it with four different grits of sand paper. Once the stripes and union are painted, everything is glued and sits for 24 hours to ensure build quality.

After everything is assembled, the stars are carved and the prospective finish is applied. I do not make these that often, and only have this for sale as of today.
